Tamworth Lions are a group of like-minded people who get together to help local, national and International needs, with fund-raising and, service.

We also run a number of social events, so we also have fun! 

We donate funds and assistance to many local charitable organizations and individuals, such as The Tamworth Talking Newspaper to the Blind, which we helped to found over 25 years ago, and Staffordshire Young Carers.

We have distributed over 40,000 'message In a Bottle' emergency medical information kits around the Tamworth area.

Tamworth Lions have raised over £40,000.00 for the Acorns Children's hospice.

We have collected over 39,000 pairs of used spectacles for the Lions World spectacles recycling scheme, where used spectacles are refurbished and sent to third world countries.
